Terms of Service

Welcome to Anchored Grace Co. These Terms of Service govern purchases made through our website and services. By placing an order with Anchored Grace Co., you agree to these terms and our applicable store policies.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before materials are ordered, custom design work is finalized, or production begins.

Submitting a custom order request, inquiry, or quote request does not reserve materials, pricing, availability, or a place in our production schedule. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary. If Anchored Grace Co. cancels a paid order that has not been fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Made-to-Order Products

Anchored Grace Co. operates primarily on a made-to-order basis. This means many products are created after an order is placed rather than pulled from pre-made inventory.

Our standard production turnaround is approximately 7–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page, invoice, or order communication.

Turnaround time begins once payment has been received and all information necessary to complete the order has been provided. For custom orders requiring design approval, production may be paused while awaiting customer approval or required information.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Production turnaround does not include carrier transit time. Supplier shortages, shipping delays, severe weather, unusually large orders, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect estimated completion dates.

If an order is needed by a specific date, the customer should provide that date before purchasing or paying an invoice. Providing a requested date does not guarantee completion by that date unless Anchored Grace Co. confirms that the deadline can be accommodated.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalization information, including names, dates, numbers, spelling, colors, sizing, and other requested details.

When a design proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all wording, spelling, placement, colors, and other visible details before approval.

Once a proof is approved, Anchored Grace Co. may begin purchasing materials and/or production. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and may result in additional charges or additional production time.

Unless otherwise stated, custom design orders include up to two reasonable minor revisions. Major redesigns or additional revisions may require an additional design fee.

Customer-Submitted Designs & Inspiration

Customers may provide photographs, artwork, logos, wording, or other reference material to communicate their desired design.

By submitting material to Anchored Grace Co., you represent that you have the right or appropriate permission to use the material for the requested purpose.

Reference or inspiration images are used to understand your desired style and direction. Unless otherwise agreed or legally permissible, Anchored Grace Co. does not guarantee an exact reproduction of third-party artwork or another creator’s design.

We reserve the right to refuse requests that we reasonably believe would violate another party’s intellectual-property rights or applicable law.

Product Appearance & Garment Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and designs accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on screens, lighting, garment material, printing processes, and product availability.

Garment brands, fabric composition, sizing, and shades may vary where disclosed or when an approved comparable substitute is necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall style and quality of the product ordered.

Because apparel sizing can vary by manufacturer and style, customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before ordering.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligible orders may be canceled within the cancellation period displayed at checkout or in our store policies, currently within 1 hour of purchase.

Eligible non-custom merchandise may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, currently within 14 days of delivery.

Custom, personalized, and specifically designated final-sale products are generally not eligible for return or exchange except when required by law or when there is a verified issue attributable to Anchored Grace Co.

Local Pickup & Delivery

When local pickup or local delivery is offered, customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Customers will be notified when an order is ready for pickup or delivery. A production estimate is not a notification that an order is ready.

Additional instructions regarding pickup or delivery may be provided at checkout or through order communications.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery estimates are subject to the carrier’s operations. Anchored Grace Co. is not responsible for ordinary carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control, but we will assist customers when reasonably possible if a shipment issue occurs.

Group & Bulk Orders

Group, team, organization, business, family, squadron, school, event, and other bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, production timelines, design approvals, minimum quantities, payment requirements, and other terms communicated before payment.

Quoted pricing or availability is not guaranteed indefinitely and may change before payment due to supplier availability or other material changes.

Pricing & Availability

Prices, product availability, designs, promotions, and product offerings may change without notice before an order is completed.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-information errors. If a material error affects an already-paid order, we will contact the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund when appropriate.

Prohibited Use

Our website and services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that we reasonably believe infringes another person’s intellectual-property or other legal rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anchored Grace Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, website, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

Anchored Grace Co. may update these Terms of Service as our business, products, or services evolve. The version published on our website at the applicable time will govern, subject to applicable law.
